I accept CareFirst and United Healthcare insurance for mental health counseling.

I submit the claims for sessions directly with the insurance company.

You are responsible for your co-pay and the satisfaction of any deductibles related to your policy.

Please contact your insurance company for information related to your deductible or co-pay. You pay the amount that you are responsible for at the time of service.

If you do not have insurance with CareFirst or United Healthcare, you are responsible to pay the fee for service at the time of the appointment. I provide you with an invoice for service that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Coaching is not covered by insurance.
The fee for coaching is $300 per hour.

I will prepare a budget and schedule for the engagement before we start.
